How to use our Gang Sheet Builder

Creating your own gang sheet is simple. Upload your artwork, resize your designs, arrange them on the sheet and check everything is ready before ordering. Our online builder helps you make the most of the available space, whether you’re ordering one design or multiple logos on the same sheet.

What Are DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets?

DTF transfers are full colour prints produced onto specialist film, ready to be heat pressed onto garments. They are ideal for t-shirts, hoodies, workwear, uniforms, bags and more. A gang sheet is a larger print sheet that lets you place multiple designs together. This helps reduce waste, maximise your print area and keep your cost per print lower.Simply upload your artwork, build your sheet, place your order and press your transfers when they arrive.

How to Press DTF transfers

Our DTF transfers arrive ready to press. Simply trim your design, position it on the garment and apply using a heat press. Cotton garments: Press at 150°C for 5 seconds using firm pressure.Polyester garments: Press at 130°C for 5 seconds using firm pressure. Allow the transfer to cool until warm or cold, then peel the film. For best results, cover the design with parchment paper and repress for 3 seconds to seal.

Orders placed before 12pm , Monday to Friday, are usually printed the same day and dispatched on a next working day delivery service. Orders placed after 12pm, over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. For larger orders over 50 metres, same-day dispatch may not always be possible. If you are placing a large order, we recommend contacting our customer service team first so we can confirm the expected turnaround time. Please note: delivery times are based on courier services and may be affected by delays outside of our control.

For the best print results, please supply your artwork as a high-resolution file. We recommend: File types: PNG, PDF, EPS or AI Colour mode: CMYK where possible Gang sheet size: 570mm x 1000mm per metre Fonts: Outlined Linked images: Embedded Background: Transparent where required. You do not need to mirror your artwork, as we will do this before printing. Please check your artwork carefully before ordering. We do not carry out full artwork checks before production, so your order will be printed as supplied. Any unwanted backgrounds, low-resolution files, spelling mistakes or sizing issues may appear on the final print.
