Ordering & Artwork

The gang sheet builder lets you upload multiple designs onto one print sheet. You can resize, duplicate and arrange your artwork before ordering, helping you make the most of the available print area.
No, you can use our online gang sheet builder to create your sheet directly on the website. This is the easiest option if you do not already have a print-ready gang sheet.
Yes, if you already have a print-ready gang sheet, you can upload it directly. Please make sure the file is correctly sized, high quality and has a transparent background where needed.
Transparent PNG files are usually best for DTF printing. We may also accept PDF, AI or other print-ready file formats, as long as the artwork is suitable for production.
Yes, for most DTF prints your artwork should have a transparent background. Any unwanted background left in the file may print as part of the design.
For the best results, artwork should be high resolution, ideally 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. Low quality artwork may print blurry, pixelated or with rough edges.
We print the artwork supplied to us, so please make sure your files are correct before ordering. If artwork needs major editing, resizing, cleaning or background removal, this may delay the order or require an additional charge.
DTF Print Options
See DetailsStandard DTF is a full colour transfer used for printing onto garments and fabric products. It is ideal for clothing brands, workwear, uniforms, custom apparel and everyday garment printing.
Our 4 colour DTF option is a cost-effective print choice for most standard designs. It is suitable for everyday orders where strong colour, durability and value are important.
9 colour DTF is designed for customers who want improved colour depth, smoother gradients and a more premium print finish. It is a good option for detailed artwork, photo-style prints and colour-sensitive designs.
Blockout DTF is made for garments where dye migration may be an issue, such as polyester, sportswear and some workwear fabrics. It helps reduce the risk of garment colour bleeding through the print.
UV DTF is different from garment DTF. It is used for hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic, plastic, packaging, bottles and promotional items. It does not require a heat press.
For most clothing and everyday garment printing, standard 4 colour DTF is the best option. For premium colour results, choose 9 colour. For polyester or dye migration risk, choose blockout. For hard surfaces, choose UV DTF.
Sizing & Pricing

Yes, you can order smaller lengths through the website, depending on the product options available. This is useful for samples, one-off jobs and smaller customer orders.
Our standard 4 colour DTF starts from £8.45 per metre. Prices may vary depending on the print type, quantity and options selected.
DTF is usually priced by the sheet length or metre, not by each individual design. You can place multiple designs on the same gang sheet to make better use of the space.

Pressing & Application
See DetailsYes, garment DTF transfers need to be applied using a heat press. A home iron is not recommended, as it may not provide the correct pressure or even heat.
Pressing settings can vary depending on the fabric and print type. Always check the pressing instructions provided with your order or listed on the product page.
Yes, DTF works well on cotton garments, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and tote bags.
Yes, DTF can be applied to polyester, but some polyester garments may be at risk of dye migration. For these jobs, blockout DTF is usually the better option.
This depends on the product and film used. Please follow the pressing instructions supplied with your order for the best results.
A second press is often recommended to improve the feel and durability of the transfer. Use a finishing sheet or parchment paper where required.
Quality & Colour
See DetailsColours can vary between screens, files, fabrics and print processes. We aim for strong, consistent colour, but exact screen-to-print matching cannot be guaranteed.
CMYK is generally better for print, but many customers upload PNG files from design software. Please be aware that very bright RGB colours, especially neon-style colours, may print differently.
Standard DTF cannot always reproduce true neon colours unless a specific neon ink process is being used. Bright colours can still be printed, but they may not match fluorescent screen colours exactly.
Differences can happen because screens use light and print uses ink. Fabric colour, artwork quality, file setup and colour profiles can also affect the final result.
Small details can print well if the artwork is high quality, but very tiny text, thin lines or distressed effects may not always transfer perfectly. For best results, avoid extremely fine details.
Turnaround & Delivery
See DetailsWe aim to print orders as quickly as possible while keeping quality consistent. Turnaround times can vary depending on order size, artwork quality, print type and current production levels.
Dispatch depends on the product ordered, the time your order is placed and whether the artwork is print-ready. Any artwork issues may delay production.
Delivery options will be shown at checkout. Please remember that delivery time starts once the order has been printed and dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed.
If collection is available, this will be shown as an option at checkout. Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect.
Once an order has left us, delivery is handled by the courier. We will always do our best to help with tracking and delivery issues, but courier delays can be outside of our control.
Problems With Orders
See DetailsPlease contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos and a clear explanation of the issue. This helps us check what has happened and resolve it quickly.
Yes, photos or videos are usually needed so we can properly assess the problem. Please include close-up images, full sheet images and any pressing details if relevant.
We print the artwork supplied, so please check your files carefully before ordering. If the order has not yet gone into production, contact us as soon as possible and we will see if changes can be made.
Orders can only usually be cancelled before they enter production. Once printing has started, cancellations may not be possible.
Please contact us with your press temperature, time, pressure, garment type and photos or videos. Pressing issues can be caused by incorrect settings, uneven pressure, fabric type or artwork problems.
