This website is operated by Shop DTF. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shop DTF.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products and Services

Shop DTF supplies custom printed DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, gang sheets and related print products.

Most products are produced to order using artwork and specifications supplied by the customer.

Ordering

When placing an order, you are responsible for checking that all details are correct before payment, including:

  • Artwork files
  • Gang sheet layout
  • Print size
  • Product type
  • Quantity
  • Delivery address
  • Contact details
  • Any notes or special instructions

Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible.

Artwork Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that artwork supplied to us is print-ready and suitable for production.

We are not responsible for mistakes in supplied artwork, including spelling errors, low resolution files, incorrect sizing, poor image quality, unwanted backgrounds, wrong colours, missing elements or incorrect gang sheet layouts.

Unless agreed separately in writing, we do not carry out full artwork checks before printing.

File Requirements

Artwork should be supplied in a high-quality format suitable for print. Recommended file types may include PNG, PDF, EPS or AI, depending on the product.

For best results, artwork should have a transparent background where required and be supplied at the correct size.

Colour Matching

We aim to produce high-quality, vibrant prints, but exact colour matching is not guaranteed.

Colours may vary due to screen settings, file type, colour profiles, print process, material, garment type, surface type, heat press settings or application method.

Production and Turnaround

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on order size, product type, artwork quality, production workload and courier availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect artwork, missing information, customer response times, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery

Delivery options are shown at checkout. We may use DPD, Royal Mail or other suitable courier services.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. We are not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, incorrect addresses or failure to collect from a pickup point.

DPD Collection Point Delivery

If you choose DPD delivery to a pickup shop or collection point, you are responsible for selecting the correct location and collecting the parcel within the required timeframe.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply.

Custom Printed Goods

Because our printed products are custom-made to your order, they cannot usually be returned, refunded or cancelled once production has started unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our error.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faults and Issues

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos or videos, and a clear explanation of the problem.

We may request further information to assess the issue. If we confirm that an error has been made by us, we will offer an appropriate resolution.

Use of Transfers

Customers are responsible for testing transfers before full production use. We recommend testing on your chosen garment, fabric or surface before applying to customer products.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect pressing, unsuitable garments, incorrect application, unsuitable surfaces or failure to follow instructions.

Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork to our website, you confirm that you have the right to use, reproduce and print the artwork.

You are responsible for ensuring that your artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse to print artwork that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, infringing or unsuitable.

Pricing

Prices are shown on our website and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors where necessary.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to orders involving unsuitable artwork, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, abusive behaviour or breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, production delays, courier delays or losses caused by incorrect use of our products.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
